What makes Pronk different from other marketing agencies?

Who is Matt Watson?
Matt is the founder and lead strategist at Pronk. He has 23+ years in digital marketing and holds a Harvard Healthcare Strategy certificate, an MBA, and a PMP certification. He helped develop the SEO strategy behind Ideal Image's national expansion, fell in love with aesthetics, and has been in the industry ever since. When you work with Pronk, Matt leads your strategy.
How many clients do you work with?
We intentionally limit our client roster because of our one-practice-per-city model. We would rather deliver exceptional results for fewer practices than spread ourselves thin across hundreds. Our capacity is determined by market exclusivity, not revenue targets.
Do you work with med spas outside the U.S.?
Currently, we focus on U.S.-based med spas and medical aesthetics practices. Our strategies, data, and platform expertise are optimized for the U.S. market.
What does "one practice per city" actually mean?
It means exactly what it says. If we work with a med spa in your metropolitan area, we will not take on another one. Your strategy, your market intelligence, your competitive data: none of it is shared. If a competitor approaches us, we decline. This is non-negotiable and it is the foundation of how we deliver results.
Programs & Pricing
How much does it cost?
We offer four programs: Launch ($2,000/mo), Accelerate ($3,000/mo), Dominate ($5,500/mo), and VIP ($7,500/mo). VIP is limited to 10 practices and includes Matt Watson as your dedicated Account Manager. The right investment depends on your practice size, revenue, goals, and market. We will recommend a specific program during your free Practice Growth Session.
How long is the contract?
Launch starts with a 3-month initial commitment. Accelerate, Dominate, and VIP start with a 6-month initial commitment. After that, every program moves to month-to-month. Marketing, especially SEO, needs time to compound, which is why Accelerate and Dominate ask for 6 months to demonstrate real, measurable ROI. After the initial term, we earn your business every month.
Can I switch programs?
Yes. Many clients start with Launch and upgrade to Accelerate within 3 to 6 months as they see results. The foundation we build scales seamlessly.
What is included in onboarding?
Week 1: Comprehensive audit and strategy development. Week 2: Account setup, tracking implementation, and creative briefing. Weeks 3 to 4: Campaigns go live. You will have a clear 90-day roadmap and know exactly what is happening at every step.
Do I need to provide anything?
Access to your Google Business Profile, website backend, ad accounts (if they exist), and CRM. We will set up anything that does not exist yet. Beyond that, one 30-minute strategy call every two weeks and prompt responses when we need creative approvals.
What if I already have an agency?
We will show you what might be missing with a complimentary audit. No pressure to switch. If the audit shows gaps, you can share it with your current agency or use it to evaluate alternatives.

Do you offer individual services (just SEO, or just ads)?
No. Our services are integrated for a reason: SEO feeds ads, ads feed reputation, reputation feeds conversions. Pulling one piece out breaks the system. This is why every program includes the core services, with more channels added at higher tiers.
Which services are in which program?
Launch includes one ad campaign (Google Ads or Meta Ads), basic pronkAI lead follow-up and automation, and reputation management. Accelerate adds SEO and AI Search optimization, a second ad campaign with retargeting, advanced automation, review response, monthly email marketing, direct mail, a quarterly Boomerang™ campaign, and Mira included. Dominate adds a third ad campaign with creative testing and segmentation, full CRM with an AI chatbot, full reputation monitoring, full lifecycle email automation, monthly Boomerang™ campaigns, and full event strategy.
What is Mira?
Mira is Pronk's AI-powered Google Business Profile management tool. It writes and publishes GBP posts, refreshes photos, keeps services and attributes accurate, asks satisfied patients for reviews, responds to reviews in your voice, and tracks Maps rankings. $499 per month standalone, or included with Accelerate and Dominate programs. There's a free 60-second audit at /mira/ that scores your profile on the ten signals Google uses to rank local businesses.
How do you handle HIPAA compliance in marketing?
Every campaign, email, ad, and review response is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. We use consent-based before/after photos, compliant review response templates, and secure data handling. We have been doing this for over two decades. Compliance is not an afterthought. It is built into our process.
What CRM do you use?
We use pronkAI, our proprietary platform built specifically for med spas. It includes CRM, automated follow-up sequences, AI chatbot, appointment scheduling, pipeline management, and reporting. All in one system designed around how aesthetic practices actually operate.
Do you create content (social media posts, blog articles)?
Our programs focus on patient acquisition, retention, and growth channels. Social media content creation and blog writing can be added as supplemental services. During your Practice Growth Session, we will discuss what your practice needs.
Results & Expectations
How quickly will I see results?
Google Ads typically generate leads within the first week. Meta Ads ramp up over 2 to 4 weeks as campaigns optimize. SEO shows meaningful movement in 60 to 90 days and compounds from there. Most clients see their program paying for itself within the first quarter.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee our process, our expertise, and our commitment to your market. We do not make specific outcome guarantees because results depend on factors outside our control: your front desk performance, your pricing, your clinical quality. What we can do is show you what we have achieved for practices like yours and let the track record speak.
What kind of reporting do I get?
Launch clients get a monthly performance dashboard. Accelerate clients get bi-weekly reporting plus strategy calls. Dominate clients get weekly reporting with a dedicated strategist. Every report includes leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, SEO rankings, and revenue attribution.
What happens if my city is already taken?
We will tell you upfront. If we work with a practice in your market, we cannot take you on. You can join our waitlist and we will notify you if that market opens up.
